A board, not a go-between
A seller publishes an ad with the contact details they choose, and a buyer uses them. There is no messaging here, we hold no money or goods, and what happens after that first contact is between those two people.
A person reads every ad
An automated screen checks each ad against the prohibited list and known scam patterns, then an advisor reads it and decides. The screen advises; the advisor makes the call. A review is a screen, not a guarantee, so buyers still inspect before paying.
Publishing is paid, and ads end
A seller pays only after an advisor has approved the ad, and it runs for the period they chose. Browsing, searching and contacting a seller cost nothing.
Your contact details are your choice
Details sit against your account, not in the ad. Only the channels you switch on are copied onto your ads, and nothing is published by default.
